Week 11 : Self Evaluation

1) What score do you think you deserve? Here is the rubric:
2 points - The first draft is thoughtful and a good start to an effective persuasive essay. It demonstrates an understanding of the classical argument.
1 point - The student completes a first draft that demonstrates an understanding of the classical argument
0 points - The first draft is inadequate
I think that my score is 1 point. I completed a first draft, but although it included all elements of a classical argument, sometimes I depended on articles too much.
2) What did you do well?
I think my first draft includes all elements of a classical argument. Also I used various information to support my idea.
arguments are based off of opinions and personal feelings.
3) What could you have done better?
I had to think deeply about my topic, and I had to reduce dependency of other people' articles.

4) Which part of the classical argument did you use the best?
I think my reputation is the best part of my first draft. I predicted proper questions that opponents could make and I said my argument very logically.

5) Which part of the classical argument did you use the most poorly?
I think narration part is the poorest part of my first draft. I didn't know what narration is and how to write narration. So I just listed backgrounds of my topic.

6) What's your strategy to make your second draft better?
The teacher said that when I use articles, I have to refer the source of it. So I will change it. Also I will rewrite the part that I depend on the article into my words.
